Drip coffee brewing

The following is the **brewing method of drip coffee**, which is simple and easy to operate, suitable for easily making a cup of fragrant hand-brewed coffee at home or in the office:
**Prepare tools**
1. Drip coffee bag (1 bag)
2. Hot water (the recommended water temperature is 85-95℃, adjusted according to the degree of coffee roasting)
3. A cup of about 200ml (the mouth of the cup should not be too small to ensure that the hanging ear bag can be stable)
4. Timer (optional)
**Brewing steps**
1. **Tear open the ear hook bag**
- Tear open the bag along the dotted line, take out the hanging ear bag, open the "ears" on both sides and place them on the mouth of the cup.
2. **First stage of water injection: stewing**
- Slowly pour in 20-30ml of hot water (enough to soak the coffee powder) and let it sit for 20-30 seconds. This step is called "steaming" and helps the coffee grounds release gases and flavor.
3. **Second stage water injection**
- Pour water in a circular motion from the center outward, stopping when the water level approaches the top of the bag (to avoid overflow). After the water level drops to half, continue to add water until the total water volume is about 160ml (about 2/3 of the cup).
4. The recommended total water volume is 160-200ml (the more water, the weaker the coffee).
5. **Complete extraction**
- The total extraction time is controlled within 2-3 minutes. After taking out the drip bag, squeeze it gently to avoid over-extraction and bitterness.
**TIPS**
- **Water temperature control**: 85-90℃ for dark roasted coffee and 90-95℃ for light roasted coffee. If you don't have a thermometer, you can wait for the water to boil and let it sit for 1-2 minutes.
- **Water injection tips**: The water flow should be thin and steady, avoiding directly hitting the edge of the filter paper, which will cause uneven extraction.
- **Flavor adjustment**: If you like a rich taste, you can reduce the amount of water and extend the steaming time; if you like a light taste, increase the amount of water.
- **Coffee powder handling**: The drip bag is disposable and reuse is not recommended.
