肯尼亞嚴格的生豆分級制度：看「目數（Size）」 與很多產區以海拔或瑕疵率分級不同，肯尼亞官方（奈洛比咖啡交易所 NCE）主要依據咖啡生豆的顆粒大小（Screen Size）來分級。雖然豆子大不代表風味絕對好，但通常大顆的豆子發育更成熟、密度更高。 AA 等級： 最高規格的常規出口品。 篩網目數 17–18目（直徑約 7.2mm 以上）。豆體大而飽滿，密度極高，通常具備最濃郁的風味爆發力。 AB等級 產量最大的主力等級。 由 A 級（16目）和 B 級（15目）混合而成。雖然視覺上不如 AA 震撼，但許多高海拔小農的 AB 批次，其杯測風味和細緻度完全不輸 AA，性價比極高。 PB (Peaberry) 等級 圓豆（小珍珠）。 屬於咖啡豆的自然變異，原本一整個果實內有兩瓣扁平的豆子，PB 則融合成單顆圓形豆（約佔產量 5-10%）。因其豆體圓潤，烘焙時受熱極其均勻，風味往往非常濃縮、甜感強烈。...
