This is a Geisha Washed G1 from the Bench Maji region of Ethiopia, one of the most sought-after rare Geisha lots in recent years! Originating from the original variety discovered by explorers in 1931, the combination of high altitude and specialty washed processing allows the jasmine and bergamot freshness to first hit the nose, followed by a bright lemon-like acidity and a light, tea-like fruit tea sensation unfolding layer by layer, with a delicate, clean, and juicy mouthfeel. Perfect for those who seek extreme floral and tea notes, whether brewed by pour-over, drip bag, or cold brew, it delivers an amazing "premium floral tea" experience!

Bench Maji is located in the remote highlands of southwestern Ethiopia and is one of the original discovery sites of the Geisha (Gesha) variety. Geisha is a rare variety selected from wild plants in the local forests, similar in lineage to Panama Geisha, but retaining more original wildness and delicate floral notes. This washed lot is known for its jasmine and bergamot notes, earning it the title of "Queen of Jasmine Fragrance." The high altitude and meticulous washed processing ensure that each coffee cherry exhibits ultimate cleanliness and tea-like layers, like a premium jasmine fruit tea that amazes with every sip.
