Ethiopia Sidamo Bensa: ALO Coffee - BOMBE Main Station (G1)
【Cradle of COE Champions · Premium Single Varietal 74158】
ALO Coffee was founded by Tamiru Tadesse, who brought the rigor of electrical engineering into coffee processing. The BOMBE Main Station is ALO's flagship technical center and the birthplace of multiple COE award-winning coffees. This lot is sourced from 74158 coffee trees, 20 years into their prime, grown at an altitude of 2300-2380 meters. It undergoes a slow natural process on shaded raised beds for 18 days, with precise control over water activity (0.489AW), resulting in an exquisitely refined flavor intensity.

💡 Nok Bay Coffee Notes: Why choose BOMBE Main Station?
• Peak of Technology: Founder Tamiru once mentioned that BOMBE Main Station is the most technologically advanced processing station in the entire series, specializing in producing auction-grade lots.
• Flavor Contrast: Compared to Morke's tropical fruit notes, BOMBE Main Station exhibits a more elegant "ginger flower" aroma, accompanied by the fullness of sweet orange and apricot in the mid-palate, transitioning into the rich sweetness of toffee in the finish, reminiscent of a honey-sweetened lemon tea.
• Consistent Quality: Due to extremely strict standardized management, the cleanliness and flavor stability of these beans set the highest benchmark in the Sidamo region.
