The birthplace of floral aromas above the clouds

The Hambella region is renowned for producing high-quality beans with intense floral notes. The Buku Abel Estate is particularly outstanding, situated at an altitude of up to 2,300 meters. Extreme temperature differences and thin air result in very dense coffee beans (907G/L) with a tight structure, locking in the richest flavor precursors.

The Legendary "Hua-Kui" Batch

The term "Hua-Kui" (花魁), meaning "Flower Queen" or "Top Flower," originates from its triumph in coffee competitions, symbolizing the bean's magnificent elegance, akin to the queen of flowers. It not only represents the top standard of the Guji region but has also become an irreplaceable classic in the hearts of countless pour-over enthusiasts.

【Processing Craftsmanship: Sweet Magic Under the Sun】

This coffee is processed using traditional high-altitude natural drying, with extremely precise moisture control (10.6%):

1. Strict Selection: Only perfectly ripe, deep red cherries are handpicked to ensure sweetness and fullness.

2. African Beds: Slow drying on well-ventilated African raised beds.

3. Manual Turning: During processing, the beans are regularly hand-turned to prevent over-fermentation, ensuring the flavor is exquisitely pure and transparent.

【Cupping Notes】

Dry Aroma: Bright rose aroma with sweet notes of dried berries.

Taste: The initial sip reveals a magnificent rose aroma and the sweet-tartness of tropical passion fruit. This is followed by a unique creamy strawberry texture, accompanied by the lightness of peach and the long finish of blueberry. The mouthfeel is smooth and silky, with a perfect balance of floral and fruity sweetness, and an elegant fermented aroma in the aftertaste.
