Tamiru Tadesse, the founder of ALO Coffee, a native of Bensa, applies an engineer's rigorous spirit to elevate the underestimated specialty coffee from local small farmers to the global stage. This Main Station Classic Washed lot is harvested from Alo village at an altitude of 2410 meters, which is almost the extreme limit for coffee cultivation worldwide. The slow maturation brought by high altitude, combined with the state-of-the-art post-processing technology at the Main Station, results in this top-tier coffee featuring bergamot and ginger lily aromas, as clean as spring water.
