• As Black Coffee (Espresso/Americano):
Upon tasting, a solid dark chocolate bittersweetness emerges, followed by a velvety caramel in the mid-palate, concluding with a subtle hint of dark berries, clean and profound.
• As Milk Coffee (Latte/Cappuccino):
When combined with milk, it reveals an amazing hazelnut and butterscotch flavor. The oils brought out by the dark roast allow the coffee and milk to blend seamlessly, creating a silky smooth drinking experience.
【Brewing Recommendations】
• Recommended Water Temperature: 92°C - 94°C
• Brew Ratio: 1:2.0 - 1:2.2 (e.g., 18g of grounds to extract approximately 36-40g of coffee liquid)
• Extraction Time: 26 - 30 seconds
• Tip: It is recommended to rest the beans for 7-10 days before use for a more stable and balanced flavor.
