秘鲁卡哈马卡地区位于安地斯山脉北段,海拔高、气候稳定,是秘鲁最具代表性的咖啡产区之一。
Nok Bay 选用来自小农合作社的水洗混合豆,这些农户多以有机方式耕作,无化肥、无农药,透过合作社集中处理与出口。
这批豆子由多个小农采收,混合不同品种如Bourbon、Typica、Caturra 等,经水洗处理后展现出坚果、奶油与红糖的温润风味。
Nok Bay 强调这支豆子的平衡度与亲和力,适合日常饮用,也能作为义式拼配的基底豆。
Cajamarca, located in the northern Andes of Peru, is one of the country's most iconic coffee regions, known for its high altitude and stable climate.
Nok Bay sources washed blend beans from smallholder cooperatives, where farmers often practice organic cultivation without chemical fertilizers or pesticides, and process beans collectively for export.
This lot is harvested by multiple smallholders, combining varieties such as Bourbon, Typica, and Caturra. Through washed processing, it reveals nutty, buttery, and brown sugar notes.
