Ethiopian Guki Shachiso Coffee Beans
—A magical gift from the African red soil, a fruity rhapsody of washed processing
Origin traceability: the secret treasure of the coffee gene bank
Guji Shakiso is located in the heart of the Guji wine producing region in southern Ethiopia, adjacent to the legendary Yirgacheffe. This place is known as the "wild gene bank of coffee". The steep mountains at an altitude of 1,900-2,200 meters, the iron-rich red soil, and the strong temperature difference between day and night force the coffee trees to take root deeper, condensing a high sweetness and complex fruity aroma. Local coffee farmers continue the century-old tradition of picking coffee by hand to create a cup of coffee that is full of the original vitality of the African land.
