The high altitude (1500-1800 meters), fertile volcanic soil and the year-round warm tropical rainforest climate give the coffee beans a slow maturation growth rhythm, condensing a complex and delicate flavor layer. The estate insists on small-batch hand-picking and eco-friendly planting, and each bean carries the original vitality of the land.

☕ The Geisha variety originates from Ethiopia and is given new life in the microclimate of Papua New Guinea. It shows brighter fruity acidity and wild floral scents, less tropical boldness and more alpine freshness, like white jasmine blooming in the morning mist of the rainforest, interwoven with the sweetness of citrus and honey, and the aftertaste is as delicate and long as black tea. It tastes clear and sour like citrus juice at first, with honey and caramel sweetness emerging in the middle, and the herbal aftertaste of Earl Grey tea and lemongrass at the end. The overall taste is very clean and well-layered. Traditional washed treatment highlights Geisha's exquisite acidity and purity. Light medium roast, retaining the floral and fruity notes while balancing the sweetness. Different from the traditional Panamanian Geisha, it is lighter and wilder.
