Colombia Finca Diviso | Sidra · Anaerobic Natural | Rose, Lychee, and a Hint of Wine

Nok Bay proudly presents a dream product from Huila, the heartland of specialty coffee in Colombia. The Sidra variety has gained immense fame in the specialty coffee world in recent years due to its rarity, exquisite flavor, and award-winning performance, often considered Geisha's strongest contender. This coffee comes from the renowned Finca Diviso, meticulously cultivated and processed by emerging farm owner Jhoan Vergara, perfectly showcasing the complex charm of high-altitude specialty coffee.

☕ Why is it worth trying?

1. Rare Sidra Variety

The Sidra variety is known for its highly distinctive floral and fruity flavors, but due to its challenging cultivation and scarce yield, it is extremely precious. Nok Bay has specially sourced this exquisite variety for you.

2. Anaerobic Natural Processing

The farm owner uses an innovative anaerobic natural processing method, placing ripe Sidra cherries in sealed containers to ferment in an oxygen-free environment. This precisely controlled process not only preserves the bean's original sweetness but also develops a full-bodied, multi-dimensional rich fruit aroma and a captivating red wine fragrance.

3. Excellent Balance of Wine-like Notes and Fruitiness

Lightly roasted, this coffee blossoms with multi-layered surprises in the cup:

Upon entry, an exceptionally elegant rose aroma greets you.

The sweet fruitiness of lychee and strawberry follows, accompanied by the lively acidity of passion fruit.

The finish carries a persistent wine-like aroma and a hint of intoxication, with a round body and full sweetness, making it a flavorful masterpiece to be savored.
