秘魯卡哈馬卡地區位於安地斯山脈北段,海拔高、氣候穩定,是秘魯最具代表性的咖啡產區之一。
Nok Bay 選用來自小農合作社的水洗混合豆,這些農戶多以有機方式耕作,無化肥、無農藥,透過合作社集中處理與出口。

這批豆子由多個小農採收,混合不同品種如 Bourbon、Typica、Caturra 等,經水洗處理後展現出堅果、奶油與紅糖的溫潤風味。
Nok Bay 強調這支豆子的平衡度與親和力,適合日常飲用,也能作為義式拼配的基底豆。


Cajamarca, located in the northern Andes of Peru, is one of the country’s most iconic coffee regions, known for its high altitude and stable climate.
Nok Bay sources washed blend beans from smallholder cooperatives, where farmers often practice organic cultivation without chemical fertilizers or pesticides, and process beans collectively for export.

This lot is harvested by multiple smallholders, combining varieties such as Bourbon, Typica, and Caturra. Through washed processing, it reveals nutty, buttery, and brown sugar notes.
